The Holiday celebrations are officially over!
We have tucked 2021 behind and we are immersed into a brand new year!
2022, 3nd year of the pandemic.
This is a continual challenge for most of us due to the pandemic.
It feels like those annoying pests that no matter what we do to get rid of them; they don’t go away.
Wearing masks; zoom social hours- feel like a new way of living.
I’m finally getting used to the zoom app. Don’t like it much but I’m finding the value in it.
We keep hoping for different announcements of the End of this pandemic yet, despite all the vaccines available, this pandemic is still ruling our lives.
The ability to enjoy our lives freely as we once did seems to remain in memory only.
To live well requires our own efforts first!
It's our personal responsibilityI’ve been sharing this for 2 years now… and it's True more than ever before! These 6 points come to my mind as the foremost in being responsible for our lives.
- What we live for.. Spiritual wellness
- Physical health begins with: self care- education-nutrition-supplemental nutrition.
- Sticking to a daily routine towards self care
- Breathing and movement daily.
- Sleeping well - regularly
- What we feed our mind or allow to be influenced by- self respect.
I want to emphasize this due to the time we are living in.
Please remember we have FREEDOM of choice… at least in America ..
