Learning the Art of Living well includes surrounding ourselves with Beauty …
These companies and individuals, I have been personally involved with and highly recommend them.
I believe that we are capable of healing ourselves given the right information and choosing the best resources for ourselves. There are plenty of options!
These companies offer the opportunity to learn more about ourselves so we can choose wisely.
Ultimately, it is up to us to create the best outcome- not the Doctors.
I especially believe in the healing power of nature. I recently shared the book on Staying Healthy with the Seasons, by Elson M Haas, MD This book advocates a natural path to heal from within. In previous posts I have shared information on the 5 elements and how they relate to our health; these elements are shared extensively in this book.
The Spring season begins on the 20th, which is a Wood element. This element is reflected in our liver. He mentions that-” the liver is the home of the soul. “
This element gives us the inspiration and desire for life. If it is weak, we may lack the enthusiasm and spark to live. In spring, all living things are restored.
As humans, we need to assume responsibility; remember the car analogy I have shared?
The car does not clean itself; we must take care of it.
It is time to refresh ourselves. What areas can you refresh?
Question: Are you going to take the vaccine? If you are, consider strengthening your liver too.
Toxins are stored in your liver. Dr Haas quotes “Most illnesses are a result of excess toxins (physical, mental and unusable materials in the body. Healing is the elimination or cleansing of these toxins, and then achieving a balance of intake and output.)
Hippocrates, Father of medicine, employed nutrition and fasting in his practice. He quotes.
“Food is your best medicine.”
Discovering the Best food for you… is the Challenge! This can be fun or difficult depending on our perspective. Choose to enjoy the process.

In closing… Food for thought…
The seasons change; we change. When we move outside the laws of nature, or resist change, we encounter difficulty. If we learn to live within these laws of nature, we will know health as our friend.
It is important to clear out the past to create space for the future to come into being now.
I hope this new season brings you much joy and health…
